Victoria Flats
Ive been here for almost 5 years. Staff has neen great. Especially Buslim. Quiet building for the most part. No Complaints.
kinda dirty
Nice place to live, but filthy garages, never swept out/ power-washed, trash is in garage too. Garages flood in heavy rain and in winter due to drains not being cleaned out. laundry room extremely filthy, have to clean off washers and dryers before use if you want a clean machine, floors NEVER mopped, gross. Nothing is "cleaned" or wiped down at all, gross
Cost value was better
The price of everything from laundry, to rent has gone up, utilities like water & sewage used to be covered. The amenities for the building are not up to par with the cost. The age of the building shows. It has not been well kept, the building exterior needs weathering repairs. Very disappointed with the increase in rent & changes. As well as the other costs such as garage fees increasing & storage fees being added without anything in exchange for residents. Mantinence repairs, lawn care & snow removal haven't changed or improved compared to when we first moved in. The price isn't right for what a tenant could get with a newer apartment complex.
