Location, Location, Location!! I am an outdoorsman and am able to hike on the Mississippi river and Pike Island behind thr place (just as i did as a teenager in the late ‘80s. And as a result, still feel like im in my mid 20s ;) Now if only some residents (including my neighbor) could just be reminded that this is “CLEAN AND SOBER Housing” so as not to cause any temptation for other veterans or residents.

I've enjoyed living here. The folks that work in the office and do maintenance have always been great. Any time I've needed anything they were on top of it right away. I genuinely believe they care about their residents well being. Parking is much better since the office cracked down on non-residents using our parking lot. Also, as a veteran, it's nice to live in a place where there are a lot of other veterans who understand issues that I deal with. I'm happy I'm still living here.
