Homestead is a great place to call home. It's located on the bus route and within walking distance to many convenience stores, laundromats, and restaurants. We have one, two, and three bedroom options with on-site laundry and off-street parking. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome. A security deposit equal to $500 is due with the application. In select units, a $35 application fee per adult is also due with the application. The initial maximum number of residents allowed is equal to two persons per bedroom. Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adults. A related adult is defined as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household.
