I'v lived here for over 5 years & honestly have not had a complaint. Property Management genuinely cares about your satisfaction & happiness. It is not only a safe, quiet, excellent value but any & all concerns are handled with urgency & professionalism. Ammenities are of little importance if you don't feel safe & comfortable where you live. Last but not least is the consistant cleanliness that has & continues to be of the utmost importance to all property management & entire staff.

Clean, Safe, Quiet place to live. All staff are qualified, caring & on top of any & all issues. Building inside & out, are always very well maintained & property managers are extremely courteous & helpful.

We had some good staff and maintenance about 10 yrs ago but now it's horrendous. Manager only here 2 days a week sometimes less. When we have maintenance issues, it is done with minimal effort. I've been here 14 years and seen 10 different managers come and go and maintenance around 8. No upkeep is done anymore. I feel upper management has serious issues as well.

My biggest issue is management has changed at least 15 times since I've lived here (13yrs) also only here for 8 days a month. Secondly our current maintenance person Leanne who in my opinion isn't doing much when it comes to upkeep and over last winter was asked to fix a faulty thermostat and heat register that wasn't working properly and pretty much did nothing but tap on the thermostat box, turned it up and listened for it to open, then said she thought it "sounded" ok and left.
