Although there have been elevator and apartment/visitor buzzer out-of-order issues and weather-related power-outages issues, such problems have been resolved in timely manner. Overall my experience with: 1. Custodial and housekeeping staff has been their (a) service and care of general property are routine and (b) response and completion of my service requests/needs within my apartment are timely. 2. Management staff has been approachable, personable, professional and timely in (a) providing rental information and (b) engaging at initiating friendly-neighborly relationships among tenants.
