Maintenance requests can take a long time. The new mgmt company carved trash, water, pest control, and parking out of the rent and made it an additional charge

Don't move in if you're looking for value for money
Rent went from 1300 to 1600. Other than the Location of the apartment, nothing else is worth 1600. Stuck here for another year cause breaking the lease is 4000$.
