trash everywhere, loud vehicles, neighbors music and yelling, cannot use the clubhouse, no pool for years, they do nothing to make living here better and the cops are always here.

I have lived at Falcon Woods for eight years. I like my apartment and get along well with some of my neighbors. There are noise disturbances with a car alarm activating three times daily and children laughing and screaming as they run through the parking lots. The maintenance team does respond to my request but lacks follow-through, such as my refrigerator door. I couldn't ask for a better location; I love being close to grocery shopping and my children; overall, I am happy with where I live.

the only issues i have had is with maintenance fulfilling requests, but other than that everyone here has been absolutely amazing and helped me out a ton! i am very happy with Falcon woods and would highly recommend people to live here!

Since we’ve gotten a new maintenance crew, our snow removal is very poor. I’ve had to walk through snow almost up to my knees for the whole weekend until it finally got cleared on Monday. It used to be much better, the old crew would clear it a couple times during a heavy snow period. Hopefully nobody gets injured because of it.
