Noise between walls is fantastic, but noise from the apartment above can get quite annoying. The overall worst part of the place is that anytime we use the oven over 400 or cook most things on the stove top we need to unhook the smoke detector or it will go off repeatedly. Even trying a new oven didn't fix it. The installation of the Smart home features sucked, and still don't like them Overall it's one of the best apartment complexes, but some stuff still needs improvement.
