Not for families

There is no parking for visitors and if a family of 5 live in a 3 bedroom parents are to not have 2 cars because the property only allows you to have one and there is absolutely no extra parking to have another vehicle. Families feel not heard and feel constant stress since we are not allowed to park in the back parking lot that is for the Clinica Santa Maria. When the building was first built parking in the back was never an issue. It was never filled and or no issues until the clinic expanded to have a pharmacy and then all of a suddent the parking was theirs. Families have to worry about where to park and do not have assistance from the complex staff that families can not live without the worry of their vehicle being towed from the clinic or from the apartment complex itself. Visitors dont have a place to park as well. The clinic does security rounds at 6 am so no vehicles can be parked there or they will be towed and you arent allowed to park your extra car inside the garage even though you live here or it will also be towed. There is no parking close to the apartment complex and we were told that parking is great here yet residents are being told figure it out or it will be towed at your expense. Packages are also stolen on a daily basis due to delivery personal are not able to access a drop box or anything of that sort so they are left outside. It is our problem if they are stolen. Current staff is very uptight and very rude. The lounge area is not to be used by residents even though it says you are able to. It is only used by staff.

Almost downtown.

Greatplace to live. Ultimately its pretty quiet. Good location and great views of downtown. Close to downtown. Quiet neighbors.
