I love the community but for some reason.; they can't seem to keep a maintenance staff but when they do i love the work they perform.

Quiet with necessities, safe neighborhood, central location

Indian Bridge provides affordable living with anbove par quality. They have recently remodeled and updated appliances. Utilities are minimal. The maintenance staff does a great job attending to issues. I am grateful to find this community.

bad maintenance

Impossible to reach someone at the office> Called last month to request that my front door light bulb need to be replaced, went online and put a request last week for the same light bulb to be replaced and check my smoke detector. As today, still waiting for someone to come fix it. I leave in this community for more than 10 years, never seen something like this, really disappointed.
