There have been alot of changes if only the residents would participate and do their part we would have a nice and clean developement
I have lived here 10 plus years. I loved the amenities although Covid-19 has changed accessibility to the Gym, the business center and the pool. I loved that the stairwells where clean, balconies were power washed annually, maintenance problems were solved quickly and we were RAT free and I felt safe in my environment. There has been a notable difference in the caliber of the new residents. Trash bags in the halls next to apartment doors and trash left in the stairwells and abandoned vehicles in the parking lot . Domestic and visitors disputes in the parking lots. I knew the employees in the rental office by face and name. All of that has changed but all in all its still a very nice place to live compared to my other choices. So here I will remain!
