Pets allowed. Dogs, cats, birds, turtles and fish in small aquariums (20 gallons max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a maximum weight of 100 lbs. total for one full grown pet or two full grown pets combined. A refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet will be required. Resident may elect to pay the full deposit at move in or pay $50 at move in and $10 each month after until deposit is paid in full. Management must see all pets prior to their move in and has the right to deny any pet that may violate the community rules and regulations or be a danger to the Community. Dog and Cat owners are required to present a copy of a current license and proof of current rabies inoculation at move in and annually. Management strongly recommends the Tenant purchase and maintain Renter’s Insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. The policy should name the following as Certificate Holders: Property name and Habitat America, LLC. Dogs, specifically, “Pit bulls” or other perceived vicious breeds (including but not limited to Pit bull cross-breeds, Pit bull mix, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier) are not permitted on the property at any time. Visiting Pets, puppies / kittens under the age of six (6) months, and other reptiles are not permitted. Management has the right to revoke the privilege of having a pet if the pet policies are violated. Animals which are designated as assistance animals to the disabled are accepted with the appropriate documentation.

If your looking for peaceful living space close to everything well look know further. The building and the grounds are maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and there's friendly neighbors as well. Everyone with pets also do very well here. Very comfortable place to live.

Good morning, I have never, ever encountered a place that I truly could call home until I moved here 3 years ago. Lets start with the property management team, Megan is one of the kindest and most honest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. There is never a time that I call and need assistance and she has not given me her undivided attention. She manages the staff well and has trained her assistant to know and understand the ebbs and flows of property managing. Our maintenance crew and grounds keepers have ALWAYS accommodated any request and ALWAYS responded within a 24 hr period. My children are safe here, even when I have family over everyone speaks of how well the property is kept and how beautiful my home is. If I could give an entire commercial I would do so. Habitat is a better please because of this management team here at Riverwoods.

In the war for talent when everyone is in search for the best Management and Staff at Riverwoods Tollgate 1&2 have exceeded my expectations. I have been a resident for 8 years any concerns I had was always addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Management and staff are approachable they communicate with the resident sending prompt notice on upcoming repair work or Preventive Maintenance checks. The lawns are manicured and grounds kept in pristine condition. They provides 24 hrs highly skilled Maintence services what else can say Five Stars

I'm finally home. I'm sleeping at night, because this building is very secure. I feel safe because I have neighbors, right across the hall and next to me. Our doors aren't like a basic lock and key 🔐. It's better... Our building is young, no old appliances, windows, walls, floors etc... Wow. It's fantastic. The staff are very nice, and friendly. Very easy to talk too. Ms. Megan and Ms. Bryn are sweethearts. They honestly are so approachable.. Riverwoods is the only place I want to live??💕??💕.
