Still trying to get everything working, not a lot of direction and the iOS app is not working correctly. Still new though, hopefully I will get some rhythm going.

Alot noise and vibrations between your neighbors apartment and shared walls no privacy you can hear clear through the walls, management doesnt really care about concerns . Apartment are poorly built and insulated nothing luxury amenities can only use between office hours so when you get off work office close not an option for friends or family visiting but you pay $250.

It was a blessing they were really sweet. Ms. Vanessa was the nicest to me ever. She was so sweet & kind through the process. Kayla helped at first but Ms. Vanessa took the cake. I really really like her welcoming me alot. Cant wait to move in my new home. This house are everything.

Love the luxury style apt.. I feel safe here. Neighbors are nice. Staff is very friendly. Maintenance is always quick . Gym needs better equioment in the gym and somewhere to hang your coat during winter months. Also, having to get pool passes for your guest, as long as you sign in, you should be responsible for your guest ,shouldn’t have to pay, also guest 2 guest is not really ideal when you have guest over in the summer time. My number #1 gripe is not having access to the community room after hrs. These amenities were avallilable to me when I signed the lease and shoukd be open 24hrs. The reason stating the offices doesn’t have locks is unacceptable. Get doors put on the office and keep the community room open 24hrs. We pay enough in rent to have this accessible at all times!

The Staff and Maintenance Team are excellent individuals. They are personable and capable of managing the Legend Apartment Complex to provide quality of life for all of us here. They take "the bull by its horns" when any issues arise in the Apartment Communities to resolve it in a timely manner. The Maintenance Team, Alex, John and Kevin are very professional/yet relatable, responsive, reliable, experience and very capable of resolving any issues that are related to the infrastructure of the Apartments (like plumbing, electric, heating, air conditioning, smoke detectors, etc...). Kevin, is the leader of the Maintenance Team, provides top notch leadership. This Team is a cohesive Team and understand their duties. They can fix anything in a timely manner which is very important to all renters without major interruptions. Please keep up the good work going forward. Thanks Eric
