Not worth the price

I was only able to view the apartment online because of my work schedule. I was promised lots of closet space and lots of room. It’s definitely not a fact. I was also told that it’s a nonsmoking community, also not true. Almost everyone I have encountered since my move-in day, wreaked of smoke when they were coming out of their apartments and into the elevators. I even overheard a conversation between two tenants about their smoking. I chose this apartment complex for its nonsmoking promise, space, convenience, and the amenities that I later found out weren’t what was promised. I don’t feel what I am paying is worth all of the things that I’m settling for. I had to go to the ER for my asthma because apparently either the previous tenant was a smoker or the tenant right next door is one. I can smell the smoke in my bedroom and I’ve been sick since the first night that I slept there. Now, I’m trying to find ways to get rid of the smoke smell so that I can breathe at night.
