Originally built in 1905 as the historic IPS Lucretia Mott School #3, the building was renovated and repurposed into 32-units of mixed-income apartments and associated community and recreational spaces. Apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units and are loaded with historic, old school charm (Hardwood floors, original classroom transoms, and decorative ceilings), and convenient features.
