Quiet residence with very friendly, loving neighbors. The pricing is not affordable if you're on a fixed income. The community manger is helpful. The common areas are not very clean anymore but ok. My apartment is very drafty and windows must be covered in plastic in the winter. I live on the third floor and the heat does not rise. The washer and dryer inside my apartment is a blessing!

The amenities are nice. Washer and dryer in each unit. Common areas such as community room and craft room are nice. The rent increases rapidly. The lease means nothing, so if you expect to into a community where rules are followed by management, this is not the place. Smoking takes place in front of the doors. Many people live at the property for extended periods of time although the lease stipulates no visitors more than 14 days. We never know who's living with us. Units are very drafty in the winter and Nipsco is HIGH during the winter. Noise is not an issue at this location
