Please make this your last option. In my experience i will rate this complex a 5/10 far from the best but not the bottom of the bottom. Moldy apartments all they do is paint over it, undisclosed murders, police every 4days it seems like, main water breaks every month so some days you wake up with no water and staff doesn’t show too much concern about your concerns. Front office staff comes and goes so don’t get use to one person

All in all I'm pleased with my choice to live here. No major hiccups. Although I have one concern, it's about flex pay. Don't get me wrong it's a great alternative when funds fall short. It's that even if I don't use the service . I'm still charged a fee.
