Since I moved in on May 10th, 2019, I have been disappointed with the apartment because it was not cleaned before I lived there. Promises have been made my property manager that were no fulfilled. After new property manager arrived, more problems arose that have not been attended to even though I have made several requests. I have received attitudes from maintenance and staff and they do not take my concerns seriously.

This is a really nice government subdized building. I love all of the upgrades. It has been renovated with all new compliances, and flooring. Not totally completed for there is a lot more to com This building is in a nice and convenient location. It's near many nice restuarants, shopping centers and a convenient Pace Bus stop.
