Great Neighborhood, Good Maintenance, Mediocre Office Staff

I have lived in this neighborhood for over three years and it is a great place to live. It is well located and has decent amenities like two pools and a gym. It is family friendly and the unit layouts are spacious and feel premium. The build quality of these units is good, but things are bound to break eventually and require maintenance to come fix them. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly. Unfortunately, our amenities such as the pool are often closed with very little notice provided. The office also hosts various community-building events but fails to advertise these early enough for most people to plan to attend them. Additionally, I have emailed the front office multiple times over the past few years and they never seem to respond. Your best bet for getting help from the office workers is to walk over to the office and find them at their desk. Otherwise they will probably ignore you. Overall, I love this neighborhood and many of their staff members, but their front office support is abysmal.

Have been here for quite sometime. If I were to move to another apartment. It would feel really weird. The major thing living here in these apartments was the fact that you get your own entrance. Need something fixed? They are on it pretty quick. The price for the area and the different aspect of it being an apartment starts off at a reasonable price. I feel the price increase over time can be a bit much especially when trying to stay here as long as i have, but i stay because I'm attached to the way the community is and the feel of how the apartments are set up. You get a pool and a work out area at the main office areas. Also the pet friendly community is a plus. This place is very flexible, and has all range and sizes of living spaces. In the end it's a very lovely place to live, and glad i had found it!

A Great Place to Live!

I have lived in this community for 18 years so I must like it here! Seriously, I really enjoy living in this apartment and find the separate entrances and the layout of the buildings to be very nice and private. Maintenance is top notch and I have never waited very long to have issues addressed. I also love the pools and other amenities. I highly recommend Village Green to anyone looking for a great place to live.
