I'm very happy here for the most part. I've made several friends. Emily is an excellent property Manager. She is friendly and interacts with all of us. J.D. The maintenance man is friendly very helpful.and very knowledgeable. Everybody loves him.

Very helpful staff the easy access to things in Mount Vernon and surrounding locations to the pharmacy grocery stores the mall super Walmart the pharmacies uptown downtown locations are wonderful

The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, income from assets and investments including:Ā pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify.
