Overall property is well kept love the neighborhood needs improvement on response to maintenance requests needs new intercom board modernize apartments new cabinets in kitchen area

Fair and Impartial

It will be 10 years for me living here the place is well kept location is perefect for me near my job and retail centers withing walking distance residents here generally good yet they may be a few "bad apples" in here; issues of packages being missing has been a constant problem need to be addressed

Very good place to live. One constructive criticism I can say; why is it when an apartment inspection or pest control service needs to be done we're only given 48 hours notice? Previous owners/management staff of this building would give 2-weeks notice or more, or at least one-week. If 48-hours is the minimum required for the current owners/staff; why do they choose to give only the minimum? They can choose to give more, there's nothing preventing them to give more notice. FYI: I didn't rate the parking category because I don't own a car. There should be an "N/A" rating option for this category. Thank you for the opportunity to give this review. : )
