He needs better parking and operation of the model of the ap

The model of the apartment needs to be updated but other than that this is a wonderful atmosphere with wonderful neighbors and a wonderful neighborhood parking not so much and do become an issue but that can be solved by just getting in the parking lot

Injured Resident Austin Renaissance

I have lived here in this unit with problems ,the stairs are very hard to climb with asthma, knee cane, back disc, fell down them, the electric bill is heavy due to hot box in closet, my legs were burned , until I grounded the current flow. It is dangerous in other parts of the apartment. Maintenance is taking my things from this apartment. I need a 1st floor apartment some place else. There is one on Maplewood and 1on Superior .
