I've been here since it opened (June 2018). I like the fact that the entrances are off a hall and not directly from outside. The Common Room, Library, Flex Room, Craft Room and Exercise room make living here very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in each apartment is a definite plus. We don't have to worry about maintenance costs on appliances or when it comes time to changing furnace filters (it is done every 3 months). Our present manager is the best one we've had.

Great place with nice people. Our new manager,Patti Fritz Everill is the best manager ever. She is getting things taken care that should have been done a long time ago. I moved in here Julu 2018..

I feel that I have been told too many times one thing and then it changes and whatever it is I asked about is no longer available or I have to take it down. I am dissatisfied with management and the "powers that be" because of this. Other than that, I am pleased with my apartment and I live there and try not to ask for anything because I feel that I will just be disappointed again.
