Awesome
Awesome place to live and place is wonderful
Great location and responsive management
It's close enough to Boise (25 mins-ish) but very quiet. Management prioritizes resident safety and are invariably responsive to complaints and requests. That said, pretty much every place I've rented includes a covered parking space with your rent, this place does not. If you want a covered parking space, you have to pay extra. Other than that small detail, this is a great spot with a gym and pool, friendly neighbors and, most importantly, we feel safe here.
Great Staff
The staff is amazing. It is a quiet place and very dog friendly. I enjoy living here with my 15 year old daughter. She loves it as well. Could use a Hot tub! LOL!
Enjoying
We have been enjoying the nice gym and the home. The space in the unit is functional and cozy. Stsff had been so pleasant and helpful for everything. The neighborhood is quiet, so only if neighbors decide to be noisy is there any noise. Close to everything I need but far enough from city central to feel like you have some space. Overall, great little place.
My experience
Ive quite enjoyed living here for the last couple of months. Its in a great location, close to my work, and well maintained.
