Great Staff

I am enjoying the rather new staff that takes such good care of us. Maint. takes a little while. He is so good at everything I wait for the best guy ever. He should have a helper. The building is the cleanest its ever been and our Property Manager is so helpful. She is the biggest improvement CHI has made so far. I love my apt. and will never move out.

Never Leaving

I have been living here for nearly 12 years. I love having my washer dryer in my unit. Initially repairs were done quickly. The computer room used to be really nice. despite these issues I love living here. My apt is one of a kind and fellow residents are great. The price for this unit is amazing. I will not leave here until I`m ten toes up.

Maintenance requests were submitted using rentcafe on September 21. As of October 19 nothing has been scheduled. I'm unable to get a response as to the best way to submit maintenence requests.
