Nice appartment
Myself and my family has lived here for three years. Landlord and maitenance is realy good. It always noise wise late at night and the appartments do not have enough insulation.
Loud and no privacy
We moved here to be closer to work and we made a huge mistake by doing so. It is very loud and the tenants do not seem to care. Management is spoy on as well as maitenance. When we put in a work order or a question to our manager(Tabitha) it is ALWAYS resolved that same day.
Good, better than expected.
Property manager is a good one. She is polite and talks to me. Maintenance is good, they are prompt on my requests. The noise is horrible. My upstairs neighbors party through all hours of the night. Value is great. My other neighbors are friendly. All in all a good apartment complex. Michael Beevers-Purdy

NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT.
The following breed restrictions apply:
No Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, or Siberian Huskies or any mix of the foregoing breeds will be permitted to live at the property.
All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. All animals must be spayed or neutered and over one year of age. You must supply the office with certification from the pet’s veterinarian to verify the animal’s age, breed, weight, vaccination and sterilization.
Pets of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Any animal duly determined to be a nuisance or threat under state or local law will immediately be required to be removed from the premises.
