I love living where I live and Chad is such a awesome maintenance guy.? He goes out of his way to speak to everyone and help everyone.
Life at river city apartments
I love it here but I feel it takes so long for he manager to respond to us or get something done takes awhile on her part. It is so good to have a onsite maintenance man. Chad is a great asset for us.
Great place to live
I can honestly say I love living here it is in great location. It like any other apartment you have to the good and the bad. I don’t like to complain but I just got a new neighbor at the end of last month. Her dog barks a lot and she been banging around all times of the night. Some times knocking things off my walls. I do want to say this Chad as been a great addition to the building he is friendly and hard working. You couldn’t pick any body else at maintenance man. I would also want to say I don’t mind paying to park in the garage because in the winter no windows to clean off and summer storms can be bad. But I just hope that everyone using the garage is paying like the rest of us do. I do wish we had camera’s outside by dumpsters to catch the people leaving their trash everywhere but in the dumpster. It would be really nice to have a laundry room on each floor we wouldn’t be so far to haul laundry. But all in all love living here most everyone here is very friendly and willing to help if you need it. Management also good but if we had a manager here in the building would be awesome. I say that because they could deal with problems in the building and if needed more information they could get a hold of there manager. But all in all it’s a good place to live.
Review
I am hoping to get off my floor due to health issues and because of the odor from my neighbors. I am tired of them calling me names. I don’t like the fact that rents goes up for only a few people. I think everyone’s should go up to make it fair. Would be nice to have a on site manager all the time. I also think if one person can have a dog then everyone should be able.
