Love having washer/dryer in unit. Also, not having kids running in halls.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years. I love that each unit has its own washer/dryer combo and that there are no children running up and down the halls.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the building. The parking lot is kept clean although I do believe we could use more handi-cap parking spaces.

I have lived in the apartment for appox 3 years. I enjoy the elevator in this bldg. Also, although the ambulance comes at least once a week, I never hear any emergency sirens so the soundproofing is good.

We seem to have problems keeping maintenance help. We were promised new landscaping. This is August and we still haven't received it, or the parking stripes in the parking lot. I am not sure we still have cleaning people either. I love my apartment, just wish the outside looked better. Embarrassing when you have company and they walk up a sidewalk littered with cigarette butts and debris from storms, etc.
