I will start out by saying that I do like living here and will do so for a while longer hopfully... however the communication between tenants and any staff member is abysmal. I have had multiple occasions where things were wrong or I needed to talk to someone and I wouldn't hear back for weeks. Eventually things get done but it takes a lot longer then any where else I've lived. On the bright side about 90% of the time it's really quiet and I'm in walking distance of downtown

I love the location and the upkeep. The apartments are great! Often it's hard to find parking by the townhomes.
