Pretty But Faulty

It's a brand spanking new apartment but the back entrance door was broken for 3 of the 4 weeks I've lived here. It wasn't until someone put duct tape on the latch for easier access that maintenance did anything to fix it The bathtubs are RIDICULOUSLY high and deep. I have to hold on to the walls when I get in and out of the tub so that I don't fall. The toilets are low. It makes you feel like you're sitting on the ground. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. To compound matters, no one observes the quiet hours. When you walk into the rent officer with an issue, whoever greets you first ALWAYS looks annoyed because they already know you're there because of an issue. The only saving grace is that the rent for a three bedroom two bath apartment is pretty reasonable, AND the apartments are pretty spacious (except you have to fit a dining area into your living room).
