This complex is 20 years old with absolutely no updates, fresh paint, landscaping, nothing. Depressing and hardly worth a rent increase every year.

I’ve been here over ten years. I moved here because this was a retirement community, quite and well maintained and grounds were beautiful. Apartments are never upgraded unless the apartment is empty, then maybe new carpet but mostly only shampooed. Residents are not allowed to paint, even if you agree to paint the same color. When I moved here there was a list of rules everyone signed and management inforced. Example, one bedrooms could be rented to an individual or couple. Now we have many that occupy a one bedroom, where theres more than one occupying the apartment. Adult children moving in and out all the time. Residents babysitting grandchildren on a full time. Patios piled up and upkeep. Grass is never watered! Management keeps grandchildren in community room on a regular.bases. Once a month pot lucks are always changing. A few people control most activities Only time office and hallways are cleaned is if expecting visit from home office. I’ve noticed the property going down hill since we have one manager for more than one property. Any time you address management about these concerns it put back on home office, no money for any improvements. Management or Homeoffice have no pride in the property.

Beautiful complex. Nice staff and residents. Parking not convenient. I am disabled but can't park near my apartment due to handicap parking being claimed or created for people, leaving nothing left other than a building away, inconvenient for removal of shopping etc. Dealing with it, service dog and I can deal with the walk. Non handicapped people can claim the closest parking whether needed or not. Outside noise is nonexistent but neighbor above me has carpet and it sounds like she's in our apartment. We're getting used to it, floor boards likely nailed vs screwed down. Makes a huge difference.

Value is excellent for this area. I’ve been a resident for 8 years, the apartments are large and inside maintenance of the apartment is well maintained. However some of the carpet is the original. Through the years I’ve noticed the maintenance of the outside and breezeways are lacking maintenance, grounds are not keep to the standards as when we first moved in. Outside door have not been painted since we moved here. Some of the amenities are not unusable or in available.
