Parking
Wish there was more parking if you have guests they have to park somewhere else and you have to go get them. Wish there was a pool even a playground for the kids especially the amount of money that we pay for rent. There is just a huge hole in the front and back of property that was supposed to be a lake no just nothing. The apartment is nice except hearing the water in the pipes and having to restart the washer from the breaker box maybe because of the wiring.
Resident review
I have enjoyed living in this community I dislike that the rent is so high and there is no pool or park just a gym. I also do not like the parking situation there is only 4 total guest parking spots in the entire parking lot, which are always taken and cars have to park along side of streets or park double parked behind other cars when there are available parking spaces. However these people fear to have their vehicles or their family’s vehicle towed while visiting. The parking restriction to 1 1/2 parking spaces per unit is troubling for the residents in our community.
Not very good not happy
There’s absolutely no parking I’m never allowed to have gas unless they have to walk a mile to free parking my neighbors are loud they have a dog that is not permitted and they’re not paying rent for I see him sneaking out every single night I have to bang on the roof for the dog to be quiet and quite frankly I’m very disappointed at the apartment Sean had all tile and you guys changed it on me last minute to carpet
Happy and content.
I am happy to be living at Wildwood Preserve Apartments. The apartments are lovely with lots of cabinets and beautiful counter space in the kitchen and nice size closet in the bedroom. The campus is peaceful and serene.
