Love living here, but

Love living here. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. However the clubhouse is not open evenings or weekends which is inconvenient. The interior corridors are not kept clean as well as the Elevators. Residents are friendly and we have a good time getting together.

Beautiful Apartments

I have been renting a one story unit in one of the Villa Units here for the past two years. I have a reserved parking space right in front of my door, plus a front yard and rear patio and lawn! The units here are quite new with fresh decorating and appliances, marble windowsills and granite countertops. It is located in a lovely and quiet area, but just minutes away from all kinds of shopping. Maintenance is done well and in a timely manner, and all the staff are professional. This is a great model for dignified living for those of us who have limited income in our senior years.

My thoughts

I am on my third year and love the new location. I would suggest since this is a 55+ communiity that more attention to needs be made for the older crowd. For example, taller toilets.
