Dissapointed

We have lived here almost a year and will NOT renew our lease. There are so many reasons we are dissatisfied. Too many to list. Staff leaves a lot to be desired, pool area is disgusting, overpriced, and over bearing rules. So many better options.

Great place with great neighbors

I've been here for six months - since June 2022. Great neighbors who are quiet. Viera, the town we live in, is brand new. New everything all around. 30-minutes or less to the beach. Staff is great and attentive. Maintenance team is great.
