Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the property for being clean, quiet, and comfortable with a very good atmosphere. The location is considered well-situated for health care and food shopping. Residents highlight that the building is safe, friendly, and contributes positively to their mental and physical health. Many find the apartments to be very nice and the landscape pleasant, enjoying the spacious and neat environment. It is also noted as pet-friendly and having good maintenance efficiency.

Constant loud music

Apartment never answers the phone or calls you back. Management is allowing a resident to blast his radio concert level outside the pool area all day. No headphones on him blasting soul music. Not able to be around the complex with out hearing this music. It was reported with no reply. Residents should have the right to live in a peaceful environment especially a senior disability complex

Life at Santos Isles

It is an adequate living space, but really nothing to do outside. It is very noisy here with traffic being the problem.

Nice Apartments

The apartments are very nice, but as the rent increases on these affordable living spaces continues to rise, I have had to go with a different option and move on.
