Why Renters Love It Here
Move-In process
Unbelievable staff. Have been so accommodating and understanding of fast move in. Cathy, Jessica, Mckensy, and Tony are top-noth! I look forward to meeting the neighbors and settling in.
Very thin walls
I love it here. Its spacious has everything i want. Its beautiful amenities. The walls are just too thin i can hear all my neighbors conversations.
Friendly atmosphere
My only negative comment is that you can hear your neighbors footsteps through the floors if you live on the 1st and 2nd floor. The neighbor under me says "running the vacuum" is too loud...! My neighbor above me on 3rd floor is a heavy walker(using the heels of feet) becomes annoying...
Feedback
We love living at Dunedin Commons!. The location is great and close to all the shops and eatery that Dunedin has to offer. The staff including the maintenance team is A1. Always smiling when passing by and cheery greetings. Everyone on the staff is courteous and professional. Emails and phone calls are always answered at the highest priority. Having a courtesy officer living on property offers comfort and additional security. Love all the fur babies and most pet owners are respectful of the grounds and clean up after them. Love the Friday food carts. Enjoy the fitness center, hot tub, outside TV, and fireplace areas. Love the clubhouse when we can use it again. storage facilities are great; having elevators are great and garages. A few less than desirable points to mention are: The rental prices are expensive and do not correlate to what we would call "luxury" apartments. For those prices, we would want luxury at its finest. I.E. Install key fob units by the entrances of the pool doors, so non-residents stay out and don't have access to our beautiful resort pool and its amenities. When I first moved here, this community was advertised as a "gated community". Having the key fobs would most definitely be a deterrent. Replace the keyfob pad replaced by our package center. Currently, everyone is allowed in there that does not live on the property and gives them access to our packages and mail. The pool lounge chairs pads and pillow need to be replaced. They are torn and have lots of stains. Some loungers have no pads. Umbrellas are also questionable. The landscaping is still bare in some spots but the recent mulch has helped considerably and the Bocci ball court needs resurfaced. The noise level from my upstairs resident is less desirable. We want to keep our community safe and clean for residents to enjoy. This gives us additional pride to live here and each and everyone would also be more accountable for keeping it this way.
Ameninties
I am in love with my actual apartment, maintenance staff is fabulous, I have been disappointed with not being able to utilize business office and clubhouse as most complexes in the area do have the amenities open, a heated pool would be fabulous
