everything is good but the rent should not increase so much

Living here has been very good. We moved in 4 years ago, the first one's in our building #4. The rent should not go up so much every year, as it will price us out someday. Staff and maintenance are fantastic. The grounds always looks good and club house always very clean and pretty..
