I love my 4/3 appartment, it is very comfortable for us. We live here for 3 years, this community is really peaceful. The Staff is very nice. The location is good, Walmart, Publix and a lot of stores and Malls are around this.

It was good while it lasted....

I lived here for six years and it was great the first three years then everything started to change. They started letting the rifraf move in, the rent keeps increasing minimum of twice a year. The amenities are not even in good condition when you move in they're old and used not even cleaned very well behind the previous resident. Its just not the same and the noise level is beginning to get intolerable. So I am moving.

It could be ALOT better for what you pay for rent here. People are ALWAYS talking loud, smoking weed and cigarettes on the stairways. The children have no respect for other people’s property. They play football and other things by residents cars. The neighbors are always stomping or making noise in the middle of the night(12 AM, 1AM, 3AM.) Some residents don’t even have the courtesy to stay in their homes to talk on the phone, they have to come out 5 and 6 in the morning to talk all loud. It’s just annoying.
