I have lived here for almost a year, and I have to say the staff in NEVER lacking. They are so timely and professional compared to where I lived previously. The rates are great considering the location, and I intend on staying until I am able to move into a single-family home.

This complex will nickel and dime you to death. Never have i lived anywhere that split up so many costs just to rent a property. The units are way overpriced, and not at all enjoyable if you have children (No outdoor patio, nowhere to safely ride bikes, and a very tiny play area). They make it impossible to make enough money with the current economy to be able to afford rent and live a normal life. You always have to pick and choose paying rent over food and other living expenses. We tend to go without many things we actually need just to pay rent since the income caps are not accurate for the current inflation factors regarding average cost of living in this area. Also, they will always raise the rent every lease renewal, and if you are extra lucky once in between renewal times as well (This time it went up by $250/month). They also do not like to answer direct questions regarding money, lease clarification, and other issues via email. They will hold a verbal conversation, and then claim that they have no record, or never said certain things. Would not recommend this company or property to rent from.

First off the location is great and the maintenance guy is very friendly and works very hard for his residents. Living here however has not been the best experience. The office personnel are not friendly and speak down to the residents. There are always added fees and increases made to our rent and other charges the want to add throughout the year. The apartments are small. The kitchen is nice. The walls are thin. Noise complaints about other residents are not addressed at all. The worst part about living here is the employees and the constant increases and added fees
