Lived here about15 years, everything is close by nice area. Maintenace does a great job always courteous and takes care of the issues asap they even wave to residents when riding around the complex. What I would like more of is the office, more friendly and open to the residents its only open 2-3 times a week and when calling rarely do the calls get answered same as emails takes a while to get a response makes me feel that we are on our own to figure it out. The garbage disposal is at the entrance of our complex which is an eye sore when residents do not take the time to throw the garbage in the disposal and just leave it outside for maintenance to pick up...it is not their job. Also the gates should be closed at a certain time for security that's why they are there. Other than that they keep up with the outdoor look of the community keep it clean they have updated the lighting outside the complex which is great for security. It would be nice if we could get updated flooring instead of carpet which is easier/healthier to upkeep and at the same time keep up with other Apt Homes in the area that have made upgrades.

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. We've been through quite a few bad storms and a lot of the apartments flooded, thankfully, mine did not, however from what I've seen those affected were taken care of with getting their carpets replaced and fixing up the damage. The maintenance here is pretty solid, I don't have any major complaints and they've been responsive in all our requests. The only thing to be mindful of, which goes for every Florida apartment, is doing your best to prevent mold in the bathrooms. We do our own "pest control" and spray all over the apt and outside perimeter and we haven't had any issues. The apartments themselves are well maintained and refurbished well after a tenet moves out. Appliances are in good condition, if there are issues maintenance have been good with fixing them. The main office is a bit hard to get in touch with sometimes, not a lot of walk-in hours, especially for those who work 8-5 jobs during the week, but I guess email and phone calls work. The internet/cable package is non-negotiable, you either go with the internet/cable package through your lease or your blocked from receiving internet at all, and there is 1 ethernet port in the entire apartment, in case you need that for work from home jobs you'll need a super long ethernet wire, not end of the world. The grounds are fairly maintained as well. The gym is definitely subpar, just a room with very basic equipment, 1 treadmill, with a broken door and never any cleaning supplies. Always bring my own clorox wipes. The pools are busy on the hot days which is nice to see everyone come out to enjoy with plenty of kids in the area. Overall we are happy with the location of this complex and the apartments are definitely better than most that we've seen, especially at an affordable price. We are happy here and will renew a 2 year lease.
