Great staff, maintenance is great, quiet, makes me feel safe, there is one problem with the garbage disposal is always full and would like to see a internet package without having to pay for cable since I don't watch cable but I need internet.. please give us a internet package only for those who can't afford cable. Other than that I love my home and staff makes you feel like we are all part of the community. Also is a very clean place.

Definitely felt harassed by the leasing professional. Within the last two years of them changing management in the leasing office. It felt more like PRISON with all the unnecessary rule. I THOUGHT leasing office professional were supposed make the community feel like home. Fines and fees for everything without given warnings. There were some personal relationship with the rentcafe staff and the leasing office staff. Felt like they conspired together in making the recertification process difficult.

Mantenimiento sabe digo el que está encargado de mi área lo sabe desde hace meses q necesito cambiar piezas de los baños y aun no llegan hacer nada solo cambia el filtro del aire le echa no se que adentro y no verifica nada mas en el apartamento le indique q en el calentador había unas manchas , y que traspasan al closet de entrada le indique q las máquinas son de ustedes que deben limpiarlas adentro mucho polvo . Le dije debajo del fregadero se está despegando lo q está puesto, el baño del master también está goteando igual q el toilet en los dos baños ambos loquean y el toilet de la entrada necesita cambiarlo todo xq ese toilet está mal puesto está inclinado para atrás y la ducha necesita colking y pegar la pluma abajo y la estufa necesita limpieza para q fluya el gas bien y la presión de agua en ambas duchas es poca la del toilet master está muy fuerte entonces si van a venir favor de avisar pues debo ver que hagan su trabajo xq no lo están haciendo solo cambia el filtro y hasta no lo pone bien esa tapa y peor espera q sean las 5 pa llegar y hacerlo a la prisa xq ya a las 5:20 se va y no verifica más nada como dice el papel q ustedes mandan q tiene q hacerlo y no lo hacen para nada
