Dirty stairwell and breezeway

The stairwell in building 6 is so nasty. Also someone threw something against the wall on the first floor in the breezeway. The property is not being maintained the way it was when I moved in.

Lovely apartment.. quite comfortable, fairly quiet surroundings. Noise level from upper floor, heavy walking, dropping of objects, flushing of toilets are heard as it is being flushed in my apartment. Can be disturbing as it continues day and night. This comes from the apartment above. Other than that enjoy the staff and maintenance staff and very polite and helpful.
