Lack of Cleanliness

I love this place . Just that some people dont clean up after themselves for example this week someone threw up and never cleaned it up. Also hallways need to be clean more regularly.

Great place to live!

I have lived in the community for approximately 3 years. The community itself is convenient, clean, accommodating, easy to get to and pretty quiet for a community of 150 units. I love my apartment and its location. It's just right for me. Having been here 3 years I can say there has not been a major incident, that I'm aware of and if there were it's been low key. The areas are kept up by maintenance and we do have some residents that aren't as diligent in following rules but maintenance keeps up with that very well. They are quick to follow up with workorders requested. Cudos to them. Overall, I give the management staff a lot of credit for being diligent and keeping up with all of us. They do a great job as well.....

Princeton Park Great Apartments

From the moment I walked into Princeton Park, I knew that it would be home. The staff are very engaging and very knowledgeable about the property and its worth. They take their time to explain every step and answered all of my questions. Hands down the best.
