Very quiet place

I'm living here for 6 years and I like the peace and silence, when a problem in the apartment they take care rapidly, the only problem is the money for the rent because this is an older disables, veterans, retirees whit a very little income, but I don't know who can solve or help with that problem, besides that I would recommemded it to rent it to any one whose can afford it.

Have resided at Poinciana Grove for approximately 8 years. Many changes have occured during Richman tenure. Mostly issues with housekeeping: We as a senior community require DAILY cleaning. Amenities: Basic Could use more activities in the community room Other issues should be addressed on a monthly basis with property manager and residents having meeting.
