Everything at regatta is amazing. But at the moment my AC is not working. Right now its August 3. The heat is the kill and i dont see the urgency on fixing my unit. They told us Tuesday or Friday the latest hopefully by Friday someone will come and fix it.

the place needs to be uplifted a little no flowers any where weird people inside the community the doors for the apts are old rusty they need to be updated doors from the rooms dont close you walk you can hear your own footsteps

the comunitty is good, peaceful great location, Loved it better when the entrance was locked and the pool Area is usually use as smoke Area when is open not so great around kids. but order than that is good. so far I think it just need more garden cleaning and flowers to look prettiest.
