The noise from the people above me is unbearable and i have a few maintenance issues they haven't gotten around to but overall I've been here for 3 years and i like it ok.

Overall the value is great. It’s been loud in the hallways at night, people drive around the complex blaring music, there’s been dog poop on the sidewalk. But I’m happy that my neighbor stopped smoking in the stairwell and sidewalk
