I have lived here going on three years and i have had no issues! Its always quiet and everyone is very respectful! I love how prompt maintenance is and how clean they leave your home after doing a job! The staff in the rent office are awesom very respectful and professional!

Great Place to Live

I've lived at Sydney Trace for over 2 years and I've loved it. I've had no bad experiences. Clean areas, halls, grounds, etc. Maintenance has passed by as soon as I put in a work order, office workers are very nice and courteous. I recommend these apartments if you're looking for a peaceful place to live.

Nice apartment/thin walls

The apartments are very nice and clean! Reparative emails to grown adults every month about rent being due is insulting and excessive. Emails about servicing vehicles are abundantly cumberson. I have a new car but if my car had mechanical issues and I can’t afford to fix it how would I afford a tow bill and additional fees? This is our home where we park. Seems excessive. Also the walls are extremely thin and I can hear a pen drop in the apartment above me. Makes it hard to sleep and it’s embarrassing when I have quests. For all these reasons I decided to not renew my lease for a 2nd term
