Happy I'm here

I have been living here since February and have had no real significant issues with neighbors or noise, but the only concern I have is with the remote door access by the elevators tends to have teenagers and young adults trying to get inside and just hang out to try to slip their way in by piggy-backing. They have no access key to get in and ( feel this may pose a threat to residents, plus other security factors. Other than that, this is a great place to live with a warm and efficient staff to make you feel welcome.

Dogs pooping in stairway

I received an email indicating that dog owners have allowed their pets to poop in stairway. There was a notice reprimanding the behavior, however no one has cleaned it up.

However in the event that the owner does not take that responsibility as soon as staff is made aware of the issue we address the situation and clean up any inconvenience left behind to others.
