I havent had many problems living here except the fact tjey keep raising rent and sometimes the amenities are not working for LONG periods of time

Sometimes I find garbage laying in the parking ground. It seems like tenants, or their guest are throwing out their garbage from their car in between where cars are parked. Other than that, all is good so far. Please ask again in a few months for I am fairly new.
