Have been a resident for 17 years now. Seen the management switch a few times over the years but overall a great place to live! Affordable and safe. Place is well kept and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manor. Ana at the rental office is definitely an asset to the property. Parking seems to be the biggest concern. There is no assigned parking and previously there was a 2 car limit per unit and now it is 4. So hard to find parking and many times need to park far into other parking lot.

Muy feliz de ser residente de Legancy Aparments, por mas de 6 anos, he visto crecer a mis hijas en este conjunto residencial sin ningun peligro ni temor de que algo pase; aparte la locacion es cerca de cualquier lugar y ni hablar de las persona que trabajan en la oficina y las personas de mantenimiento. siempre estan dispuestas ayudar y a resolver cualquier situacion. gracias por su trabajo y por mantener este bello lugar tan limpio y ordenado.
